When asking if firefox should be set as default browser the updates available
icon(green) is displayed and disapears after anwsering the prompt.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set an other browser is default.
2.Open firefox.

Actual Results:  
The green icon is displayed.

Expected Results:  
No green icon should display.

Actually,

Whenever firefox loads, it shows the icon.  I see this whenever firefox loads
slow, on 1.0.4 20040419 and I believe in the trunk nightlies too.
