The ics calendar passes getItems etc to a memory calendar, but doesn't modify
the aCalendar part of the callbacks. This means the callers see the wrong calendar.

In order to fix this i modified the memory calendar a bit. The ics calendar now
assumes things about the implementation of the memory calendar, but i think
that isn't a huge deal.
If you think it is, i can wrap the listeners in the ics providers in order to
set the right aCalendar.
