my daughter downloaded AOL IM and it installed Netscape as well. Now when I open Mozilla Firefox I get a Kernel32.dll error

my daughter downloaded AOL IM and it installed Netscape as well. Now when I open
Mozilla Firefox I get a Kernel32.dll error and have to open mozilla twice to get
into the program. tried uninstalling netscape and it did not work...weird..tried
to uninstall and reinstall Modzilla that did not work either..help

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open modzilla
2. window pops up with kernel32 error
3.
Actual Results:
it will not open mozilla unless i open another occurance of the program
Expected Results:
opened mozilla with no kernal32 error

Please update to Firefox 1.0.3 instead of staying on Firefox 1.0. This might
fix your problem.

Please retest by creating a new profile.
http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/profile#locate
or simply nuke the netscape profile folder + firefox profile folder (you will
loose all your bookmarks and settings). You will find your firefox profile here:
http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/profile#locate
