User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3 Build Identifier: Thunderbird version 1.0.2 (20050317) One-time use of the Return Receipt function (in the mail composition window and clicking 'Options') does not operate. Even with the option of 'When sending messages, always request a return receipt' enabled they are still not being sent. This is accessable via 'Tools - Options - Advanced - Return Receipts'. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the mail composition window (Ctrl+M) by clicking 'Write Mail' 2. Enter email address, subject, body etc... 3. Click on 'Options' then 'Return Receipt', so a tick is presented 4. Click 'Send' Actual Results: The message arrives at the intended recipient and they are not queried if they wish to send a return receipt irrespective of them using software that supports this functionaliy and the feature being enabled. No tag stipulating that a mail receipt was sent is present in the headers. Expected Results: Prompted the recipient (or email client) to send a return receipt, e.g. by 'Return-Receipt-To:' header or client equivalent.
