The Mac OS Netscape Installer (2.25.00 build checked) says: "Log bugs against: sgehani@netscape.com" Let's say 250,000 Netscape 6 Mac users use the beta installer, and 1/10th of a percent feel like sending e-mail to sgehani@netscape.com to log a bug, since they won't know Bugzilla exists. Samir would then receive 250 unwanted e-mail messages during beta. $.02
Trivial resource change, recommending for beta. (Just wondering, umm...Samir, is it scheduled for someone like German to do a "real" About Box for the installer? e.g. transparent Netscape logo, etc. ;)

No plans to do any installer-specific UI work for beta. Feel free to log a bug against the appropriate UE folks to change the About box.
