I am requesting to be able to use the Thunderbird, Sunbird, Mozilla, and Camino
logos under my website http://www.cybermagellan.com/Mozilla. This is a
non-profit site and will be used in the evangilism of the Mozilla products
besides Firefox so as not to represent or duplicate the efforts of Spread
Firefox.com Thank you.
CCing, spellcorrecting 'multiple', adding a little more detail to the summary,

This does not answer my request about using logos on my site or the term Spread
Mozilla. This document to my best understanding is about having a domain name
simillar to a Mozilla oriented domain. This is not the case. I am requesting use
of the Mozilla, Thunderbird, Sunbird, and Camino logos.

You seem to already be using the Mozilla "M". Shouldn't you get approval before
using it? Not only that, but you're using a site design that is pretty close to
the official Mozilla Foundation sites which is likely to confuse users into
believing that your site is official.

Your correct about the M and that can be removed with no problems if need be.
The site design I believe is a null issue being the case that Drupal releases
the SpreadFirefox theme from their website.

Please see:
http://drupal.org/project/spreadfirefox

I'm also prepared to place a disclaimer on the site stating that it is not official.
He's showing you the site and how he intends to use the logos, that's why he has
it up already. Although yeah, the theme isn't a good idea regardless of what
Drupal does.
Even though Drupal release the SpreadFirefox theme, it's as a base for other
themes - it doesn't mean you can build a site which is confusingly similar to
the official one.

Again, as I said in my email, you should really coordinate with the Seamonkey
Council before setting up a "Spread Mozilla" site - because it should probably
be called SpreadNewName, when the New Name gets chosen.

The domain name usage agreement gives you limited rights to the logos, so if you
sign it, you get those.

Sorry I did not receive your E-mail so I didn't know you had recommended that. I
am not going to fill out to register a domain, wait 4 weeks, clear it through a
counsel, remove or change the theme to my site just so I can have partial use of
the logos. I'm deeply disapointed that the Mozilla Foundation has such policies
that are outlined nowhere however are bits and pieces of different policies to
be used as deemed appropriate.

When I have the time I will be removing my site.
