Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to maps.google.com
2. Zoom in and move around
3. Hit back to go to homepage or other site
4. Go forward
5. Try dragging the map
Actual Results:  
Dragging doesn't work on the map

Expected Results:  
Can drag map around

With bfcache disabled the map is dragable after renavigating to the page.
This only happens after going back to the page
Refresh of the page restores the correct behavior
