This looks much like VeryOldBug#66804!

Retrieve a mapquest routing (e.g. Archive attached); looks ok on screen.
Print-Preview shows peculiar layout, indicating a forced page eject at the
beginning of the <table>...</table>; but otherwise appears complete.
Print. Only the first print page of the table is printed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. See detail. Create an HTML table which requires more than one print page.
2. Print Preview - Note the table is forced onto a new page.
3. Print - Note only one page of the table is printed.

Expected Results:
1. Printing the table should begin on the same page as the preceeding elements,
unless the style requires otherwise.
2. When a table is split from page to page, it should all be printed. Ideally,
a preference could indicate the default behavior as to repeating the
<thead></thead> element (or the stylesheet should govern this).

My printing configuration:
OS: Debian 'sarge', kernel 2.4.28
CUPS
Printer= EPSON 5400

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.

This should be reopened; it is very annoying to have to scale down every tabled page until it is illegible.

This bug only applies to nightly builds of Firefox, not 1.0.7.
Testing with: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050405 Firefox/1.0 (Ubuntu package 1.0.2)

I'd be happy to re-open. Except that I cannot verify the bug still exists. My printer is down for the count and print-preview looks just fine.
