293293 - After clicking "Login", the Java Applet "PropertiesInfo" can never be loaded

Click "Login" on the page. There is supposed to be a keypad created by a Java
Applet for entering a password. However, in Mozilla or in Firefox, this Java
Applet can never be loaded. The page just stops there. 

Mozilla remains active, but if you open a new tab, you just cannot enter a URL
address in the address bar because the cursor always remains at the left most
position. That means the Applet makes Mozilla not functioning at all. 

If you attempt to exit the Mozilla or the Firefox, Mozilla or Firefox remains in
the memory. It seem that Mozilla keeps trying to load the Java Applet. You must
force quit the application in Windows Task Manager in order to make Mozilla stop
doing so.

Steps to Reproduce:
