When running any version of windows and escan 2003 (pro and corp tested)the
bookmarks menu takes a long time to display and firefox locks up on all windows
and tabs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install escan 2003 http://www.mwti.com
2.click bookmarks
3.wait....

Actual Results:  
the bookmarks menu displays and it doesnt take a long time to display on
subsequent clicks.

Expected Results:  
Just displayed the menu straight away

Java runtime installed and all windows updates installed on winblows xp sp-2

I have tried this on many customers computers and if escan 2003 is installed
firefox is affected.
