Basically, the URL is the link to a sample screenshot that shows the problem
with info bits and arrows.

Technically, there is NO THEME.

Not to mention that the menus (Files, Tools, etc) are distorted and "staticy"
When Clicked on.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. Look at Blank areas with plain text where buttons and menus should be
3.

Actual Results:  
Same thing.

Expected Results:  
Loaded the installed theme : ABSTRACT PC

Since I can't change the theme cause the Tools > Themes dialog box is completely
blank except for the button's text at the bottom, I couldn't say whether or not
it does it with the Default theme.
