293321 - Extensions often do NOT install

Certain extensions, such as Flashblock, refuses to install even after restarting
Firefox several times. However the extension does install when you install two
extensions at the same time.

Note that while installing two extensions at the same 
time one of the extensions may/may not install.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download two or more extensions to install
2. Install the extensions
3. Restart Firefox several times

Actual Results:  
Often the extensions would not install properly.
("Restart Firefox to install" message still present in extensions manager although 
Firefox has been restarted several times)

Expected Results:  
If the extensions worked on previous trunk builds, they should install.

The extension manager in recent trunk nighlies is basically broken, but this is
being taken care of (mostly by Robert Strong) in various other bugs.
