293334 - Mozilla Firefox Start Page lightbulb icon should link to "More Tips"

There are random tips displayed.  It would be nice to be able to see all the
tips at once.  The best way to do this would be to make the light bulb
clickable, since that's how it works in other programs (often).

It would be even nicer to be able to submit tips and have mods add them in, but
that's reaching into the realm of "dreams".

when you click on the light-bulb.

I see just 3 "tips". Another thing that can be done is to make those tips useful. But that's for another bug. This bug assumes that people use/pay attention to http://www.google.com/firefox. Assuming they do, they would have read all 3 and figured that there's not much more tips anyhow. I suggest WONTFIX.

Underneath all the tips is a link to About Mozilla[http://en.www.mozilla.com/en/firefox/about/].

I see just 4... non tips.  I believe John is definitely wrong, many people do keep http://www.google.com/firefox as the homepage.  There's no need to say they will "figure out" that there aren't more tips, but some kind of indicator that they can see the complete list (and, perhaps, suggest more tips to be added to the list) would be nice.
