...If you don't yet have a password, leave the password text box
empty, and press the "email me a password" button instead.

this doesn't match recent version of Bugzilla so should be changed like
http://www.mozilla.org/quality/bug-writing-guidelines.html

I don't know to which versions this patch applies as I have some products
restricted to groups, meaning that I have to identify before choosing the
product. I will let the reporter ask approval accordingly.

old sentence doesn't exist at least 2.18.3.
after 2.18 was released, changes to this file is only s/Login/Log in/;
so this patch can be applied to 2.18/2.20/tip.
