Seen on 20050505 Mozilla Sunbird/0.2+ (nightrat).

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Open new calendar wizard.
2.) Click 'Next'. (optional to choose local or remote)
3.) Click 'Back' without enterring a name (local) or location (remote)

'Next' now remains greyed out.  The wizard cannot advance.

Add onpageshow attribute to the first wizard page, so that it is called after a
user chooses 'Back'.
