293406 - Downloading very large files results in integer overflow in download progress

When downloading large files (the file in the URL above is >3GB) the progress of
the download goes negative, although downloading still continues. I think, but
am not sure, that the problem occurred around the 2GB point.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the URL above
2. Wait for some time
Actual Results:  
The reported progress is of the form

"-2090532 kB at -237.-4 kB/sec; unknown file size"

Downloading appears to have continued unaffected, but I will not be able to
confirm this until the download has completed.

Expected Results:  
Reported accurate progress
