293415 - multiple accounts with same smtp servers but different auth users

For example, having two accounts at an ISP the smtp (mailout) address will most
be the same. It is possible in Thunderbird, to have two entries with the same
smtp server and in the details the authentication accounts for the ISP may be
specified different. This is very good. But...
if you select an account from the list to assign the smtp server to the
pop/imap, there is only one (the first) smtp server to see.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. menu > accounts, select smtp servers > additional servers
2. select a server expl. smtp.where.de, username may be user1
3. select or add the same server smtp.where.de, username may be user2
everytime, in this windows the both smtp servers are present.
4. In the accounts, select an account > server properties > smtp server the
selectable list contains only one entry for smtp.where.de
Actual Results:  
only one entry is shown

Expected Results:  
both entries should be seen, because there are also two entires in the
configurable list of smtp servers.

Sorry about some explanations, but I use the german language interface and do
not know exact the english signs.

Which TB version/build?

Should be fixed with recent builds, see Bug 237146, Bug 158099, and Bug 202468.

Problem applies to TB 1.0.2 (10050317)
and is not fixed.

Guys, the most recent builds (they call them trunk builds) have this bug fixed.
