In tabbed browsering, title of webpage will be displayed in tab. However if I
browser webpage with Chinese fonts as page title, it cannot be properly
displayed in tab. Normally it misses some characters. 

If I take English webpage as an example, if this webpage called "My homepage",
it displays in tab like this "M  h pg".

My system is Mac OsX 10.4 tigger

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.use mozilla 1.8b2 maxosx10.4 and
 go to http://www.mozilla.org.cn/
2.middle click the right side link in gray just above "SUN中国工程研究院"
3.you will see the fragment title in tab.



Expected Results:  
safari dispalys title in tab allright
