3rd and 4th builds do not work on a Windows CE 4.2 device with ARM processor. 
During the launch of the application, it says "Cannot find 'winEmbed' (or one 
of its components) Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all 
the required libraries are available. 2nd build works correctly. It is opened 
successfully.

Be able to launch minimo

Version 0.006 boots on an iPAQ 4155 with Pocket PC 4.2 (build 14053)
It crashed several times before finally starting up on about the 5th try.
