Size of the textarea form element vs a normal text form element are not correct:
64 bit versions are smaller and bigger respectively than the same elements with
32 bit Firefox and other web browsers (so the appearance of the forms are quite
different).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open web page in 64 bit web browser and 32 bit broser
2. Compare results
3.



Expected Results:  
Should render the forms equally in 32 bit and 64 bit versioins

No response; the developers who're running 64-bit builds can't reproduce...  Marking incomplete until new information is available.
