I can no longer scroll down a page by pressing the space bar.  Is this by
design?  PgUp and PgDn do work find, but I find the old space bar scroll to be
much more convenient.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://www.mozillazine.org
2. hit Space Bar

Actual Results:  
does not scroll.

Expected Results:  
Expected to scroll down the page

This was happening b/c I had the "allow text to be selected with the keyboard"
option selected.  Unchecking the option took care of it for me.
