download manager full screened on me and would not let me access other
windows... alt tab would say it was going to other windows but d/l manager
stayed on the top.  pressing the button on my keyboard for the start bar i was
able to click close but it did not ctrl+alt+del brought up the service manager
window end process tree killed mozilla/firefox and i was able to access my
windows again.  restarting mozilla it seemed to function fine.
