There are three XP users on this machine. Panda Platinum was started then
interrupped on one user. Attempts to remove Panda did not work.Attempts to
remove Panda files in windows DOS MODE were not complete;some files were "being
accessed by another program". The "Fullsoft.dll" error showed on next Firefox
opening::::BUT ONLY FOR THIS USER;ALL OTHER USERS CAN OPEN FIREFOX.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
windows error message box opened with the following info on the failure:
AppName:Firefox.exe
AppVer: 0.9.0.0
ModName:fullsoft.dll
ModVer:2.2.0.0
Offset: 0000d138

Expected Results:  
Opened firefox.

Can you have a "Talkback crash ID" if the browser never opens? 
If there is a way to get additional info on this from the machine email me as to
the procedure.
Panda Platinum was being installed for the first time and before completion was
stopped by user. This caused Panda to fail when the uninstall was attempted due
to incomplete installation. Now this user only cannot open Firefox; IE works
fine.The other users on the machine can login and use Firefox with no problem.
Panda will not release some files for deletion. DOS mode from windows cannot
remove them. New A/V installed; ESET NOD32 and no problems with it. Firefox
still not working for the first user.

Panda Platinum was being installed for the first time. The install was stopped
before completion by user. Firefox crashed and this user cannot open it; IE
works fine. The other users on this machine can login and use Firefox with no
problem.
Panda uninstall will not complete due to install cancellation....
Try upgrading to the latest version of firefox (at least 1.0.3) and see if the
problem persists.

If it still persists try creating a new profile for the user that experiences
the problem using the profile manager.

Thanks, but no joy; in fact now the only user active the non-admin. I did go to
registry and delete all Panda finds. Still some of the .dlls in the folder will
not remove. I will boot to DOS and give that a try....


No new information. We will assume the problem is a Panda problem unless someone
can provide more information.
Not reproducable ineraction between multiple programs, invalid.
