I used to use Netscape Communicator.  With that program I could right click and
then choose to view the attachment as a full screen view.  In Thunderbird the
attachment opens in the body of the e-mail message but I can't seen the whole
attachment without saving it to my hard drive.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download e-mail.
2.Attachment opens in e-mail.
3.Right click on attachment.

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Given me a choice of viewing the attachment as a full screen view or saving it
to my hard drive.
