293499 - font selection preference should list langGroups in alphabetical order

Now that we added a bunch of new langGroups (bug 237434), we may as well list
all of them in alphabetical order. The current ordering is kinda based on a
psuedo-principle in which the more widely a langGroup is used , the earlier it's
listed. With more than a dozen langGroups, it begins to get hard to find what
one wants. So, it's time to switch to alphabetical ordering, I guess.

I filed this for firefox, but it is common to all mozilla products.

FIXED by bug 378105, right?

It's fixed for firefox only, I think, and not for localized versions.

How can we determine, if this is still relevant? There is no description of where this alphabetical order should manifest.
