Details
This is the Firefox equivalent of bug 136717, since the fix for that apparently
never made it over.... I can save HTML files with all associated images, etc,
but can't seem to do it for SVG, XHTML, etc.

yeah, we've had that hardcoded for a long time. Not so good.
