There are known security holes in Firefox 1.0.2, please upgrade to the latest version 1.0.4 It's impossible to say what happened here, and without more details there's no way to know what needs fixing. User groups can be found at http://www.mozilla.org/support/#community and they may be able to help you narrow this down to something that can be fixed. Meanwhile upgrade to the latest just in case one of the known holes was used.
