Attached patch adds two minimonths to the lightning sidebar, and hooks to take
you to the current week when you click.

I'm not sure how I feel about the behaviour in ltnMinimonthPick, in terms of
picking in the left updating the right, but not the converse directly.	But I
don't think I'll have any ideas on how to improve it without playing with it,
so let's go. r=shaver.
