Using Mozilla's about:config function, context menus remain active while other
dialog windows are open. Sometimes, the context menu will overlap an open dialog
window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type 'about:config' into Mozilla's location field
2. Right(context)-click anywhere
3. Select 'New' > 'Integer'

Actual Results:  
The original context menu remains active while the 'New integer value' is open
as well.

Expected Results:  
When the 'New integer value' dialog opened, the original context menu should
have disappeared.
