User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr-FR; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3
Build Identifier: Thunderbird version 1.0.2 (20050317) French version

I am in zone GMT+1 (actual time is now GMT+2, summer time), set in Windows settings.

When I write or receive a message at i.e. 15:36 (+0200) it is shown in date/time
list as of 7:36 (-0600), idem in Date in full header (within TB).

Remarks:
1. I have done no modifications in any preferences (js variables or whatsoever,
user.js file does not exist)
2. I have tried writing a new email and saving it as draft, result is the same,
so smtp, pop, imap server interference
3. When I save email in external file as .eml, date stamp is normal
(Date: Mon, 18 Apr 2005 15:36:24 +0200), so it looks as a display issue within TB
4. Coincidence or not, it so occurs that GMT-6 is the US...

I haven't found any similar issue in bug list, I shouldn't be the only one in
that case though, probably a hardcoded variable hidden somewhere.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
