Clicking on the "Install Now" link returns a server error: Invalid URI cannot
Continue. The problem appears to be a mismatch between the file name and the
directory name.

This also happens on
https://do-not-add.mozilla.org/themes/moreinfo.php?application=thunderbird&numpg=10&id=419.
The common element is the presence of spaces, encoded as "%20", in the URL.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load
https://do-not-add.mozilla.org/themes/moreinfo.php?application=thunderbird&numpg=10&id=429
2. Click on "Install Now" button.

Actual Results:  
Server returns: Invalid URI cannot continue.

Expected Results:  
Download file.
