A new version of mozilla.in, adapted to thunderbird, from the mozilla work.

Related to firefox bug 293624 and seamonkey bug 293619

Apart of the ident changes, have a better behavior an use mozilla-xremote-client
when needed.

General comments of the work in bug 29317

- cosmetics changes to MOZ_PIS_ code
- initial code cleanup
- minor rework of locate working dir/apps
- fully rework of the options parser
    parses $more_options
    get if the command have an ending $target
    get if we must try xremote
	go xremote only with a well known set of options
    get the correct xremote command to use:
	-mail(default)	xfeDoCommand(openInbox)
	-compose	xfeDoCommand(composeMessage)
    lost -p for --pure.  this is documented as -p profile
- don't do initial xremote ping and fallback to direct invocation
- process of $target only as URI, with openURL(${target}[,${location}])
- -UILocales works, to be deprecated ($MOZILLA_UILOCALE)
- use full paths for invocation components.
