ALERT pane reads: "Firefox and srv.main.ebayrtm.com cannot communicate securely
because they no common encryption algorithms."

First appeared today.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to log into MyEbay
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Receive Alert pane detailed above

Expected Results:  
No alert pane, log in securely as normal.

But then I tried a current nightly an got the error message. It sounds like ebay
has a server misconfigured.
