The default theme in TB uses 24px icons for the toolbar. The Calendar extension
uses the old 32px icons. Because of this the TB toolbar will be resized after
adding the Calendar icon.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install Calendar into TB
2. add Calendar icon to TB toolbar

Actual Results:  
the TB toolbar will be resized

Expected Results:  
the TB toolbar shouldn't be resized

This is a icon from the Qute-Theme which is the Default theme of Thunderbird.

Lightning does not use a calendar toolbar button, since the calendar views are integrated into the same window.

This seems to apply to the sunbird-like calendar-extension, not Lightning.
