I have 2 usernames - Firefox doesn't spot a hidden "username" field, but offers choice of 2.

This is the html code that Firefox seems to miss;

        <input type="hidden" name="username" value="cmspstri" />  cmspstri

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click "Start Now by creating a new account"
2. Do so.
3. Log out
4. Create another account.
5. Go to http://mantis.york.ac.uk/moodle/login/change_password.php & change
password.

Actual Results:
"Confirm Password change" for two usernames will pop up, unecessarily as it
should find the hidden "username" field!

Expected Results:
Changed the stored password for the hidden "username" field, without asking for
confirmation.
Do you have a shorter test case? (I actually mean one that doesn't involve
somebody else's server!).
Is this still reproducable using a recent nightly build?
