I noticed that many localizations don't seem to have localized
font.language.group in intl.properties, or have localized it to something
incorrect or inappropriate.

I suggest adding a localization note making it clear what this pref does and
what values it can take.

This is a sample patch against
toolkit/locales/en-US/chrome/global/intl.properties. While I was there, I also
added a note on intl.accept_languages

Other files to be changed:
