User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041217 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041217 When subscribed to a private mailing list, it is typical for these to have a consistent prefix in the Subject line. Unfortunately, the Junk Mail filter sometimes filters these messages inappropriately. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Expected Results: It would be nice if it was possible to exempt e-mails with Subject lines matching certain phrases from the Junk Mail filter. Ideally, this would be exposed in the Junk Mail settings window, but could be left as a hidden pref.

Reporter, you have to train the spam-filter to recognize these as 'not junk'. Select the message and click on the button in the toolbar.

I understand that the efficiency of the spam filter increases, but after 12-24 months of training my spam filter, I still periodically have to fish these messages out of the Junk pile (I filter messages automatically because of the large volumes of spam I receive). If it is possible to whitelist by sender, why not make it possible to filter by subject line as well?
