293747 - mouse wheel not working when mouse pointer is above a flash object

If the pointer of your mouse happens to be over an flash object in the web page,
the scroll wheel no longer scrolls the page.  If the pointer is moved to another
location on the page, the scroll wheel works again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a web page that includes flash objects.
2. Move the mouse pointer over a flash object.
3. Turn the wheel on the mouse several times.

Actual Results:  
There is a lack of up and down movment on the web page.

Expected Results:  
The page should move up and down.

This seems similar to another scroll bug (97283) that has been fixed as of build
20050510, but seems specific to flash objects

Dupe of bug 102573 which, as it seems, unfortunately cannot be fixed on Linux.
