In the download firmware pages, Usually there are more than 10 pages after the
first page,  a page scroll bar exists at tne end of first page, but browsing
with firefox, page scroll bar did not show up; However, I browsed with IE6, the
page scroll bar showed up for me to scroll following pages.

The steps to reproduce:
1. Enter: http://www.lge.com/support/software.jsp
2. Search: North America|Canada (select continent|select country/region)
3.In home>support>download>software page: Product=cd-rom(writer)
4.In normal case: the end of page should display

I get it too Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2)
Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0+ . But not sure if the problem is with ff or the web
page.

This looks like a tech evangelism issue. Iframe has height 600 and scrolling no.
What i dont get is why its larger than 600px in IE

IE ignores height specifications when the contents won't fit.

The page is a hopeless mess of css & html validation errors, has an enormous 48k
of css, and sizes virtually everything in px, including container heights &
widths, fonts, and line-heights. The only way to use it is:

     view -> use style -> none

-> TE

This WFM with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; fr; rv:1.9a9pre) Gecko/2007100705 Minefield/3.0a9pre ID:2007100705. The page is totally different... So even the tech evangelism issue is fixed. The miracles of market share I guess.
