User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3 I installed firefox 1.0.3 over 1.0.0 last night. install went ok. my o/s is WinXP home edition. after installation i tried to use firefox but it reports that web site can't be found, check that you typed it in right. weather i typr in the web address or click on it from within bookmarks, 1.0.3 will find no sites? what do i do now? i can't use firefox to download fix as i can't sign on to any sites???? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.i just ask for any web address and it can't find it? 2. 3.

Sigh. Reporter, check your firewall. It's blocking the new firefox version.
