With the latest trunk build the speed test's no longer work at
www.broadbandreports.com

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Using trunk build: 20050509
2. Load www.broadbandreports.com or dslreports.com
3. Goto tools and speed test and try a speed (preferably the New Jersey test as
it can reproduce every time)
Actual Results:  
Java applet does not load correctly, thus is unusable.

Expected Results:  
Applet should load so speed test is usable.

Just recently started on one of the last 2 builds; regression.
