If I read my gmail, and then any time later close firefox, I get an error
message generated.  The Talkback agent runs and sends the information up.

If I create a new profile, there is no problem.

and if you run Firefox in the safemode ?
(close FF and use the FF safemode entry in the windows startmenu)
