Steps to Reproduce:
1. seem to get e-mail rarely, but perhaps every time status changes on this bug

Your answer is in the email you just pasted in your description.  You voted on
that bug.  If you don't want to get mail about bugs you voted on, you can turn
that off in your preferences (hit the "Prefs" link in the footer, then hit the
"Email Settings" tab
