At the site http://www.trendmicro.com/en/home/us/enterprise.htm -I selected the
option of a free online scan. When I select this I am taken to another page
where I select the option to scan my PC now. When I do this then I get another
message " HouseCall (for Netscape) installation
It appears that the required components for HouseCall are not currently
installed on your computer.
To install HouseCall, do the following steps:
   1. download this program ;
   2. run it;
   3. restart your Netscape browser."

I do this but this patch is looking for the directory that pertains to Netscap.
So since it cannot fine it or in my case sin ce I do have netscape on this
machine, the plug-in does not install in the correct location for firefox. I
tried to change the location path to: c:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins
-but this did not work. So for now I will use IE (Sorry) buit for the future if
I have to do this again I would like to use firefox.

Any Ideas.

I don't want to go back to IE.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run plug-in again. It does not work again.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
same thing I am not able to do the online virus scan.

Expected Results:
installed teh plug-in in the correct directoty location for firefox. It did not
do this. It looked for a directory structure that related to Netscape.
