None of the examples on http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsblame.cgi does anything 
useful, the third just manages an Internal Server Error.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
Rcs file, ns/cmd/Makefile, does not exist.

rcs_filename => '/cvsroot/ns/cmd/Attic/Makefile,v'
root => '/cvsroot'

Expected Results:  
Show off cvsblame's amazing capabilities.

for my reference, http://landfill.mozilla.org/bonsai-test/bonsai/cvsblame.cgi doesn't currently include working examples either.

note that examples are kinda hard unless bonsai actually queries itself to come up w/ valid examples, which i suppose it could do....

Bonsai was decommissioned, closing all remaining bugs "wontfix"
