Make you sure that browser.sessionhistory.max_viewers is non-zero

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.animatedgif.net/sitemessages/download/download.shtml
2. See the gif's and right click and select View Image one of them
3. See the moving gif and press Back.

Actual Results:  
All the gifs stop moving, beside the one that you clicked before

Expected Results:  
All should move :)

I see this also, but I suspect it's a manifestation of one of the existing bugs
that are blocking bug 274784.
