co-existance is not possible slect firefox and it starts a process using between
6-11K but never starts an application

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install current mozilla
2.install current firefox
3.firefox will start a process but never in intialize
this caused by recent unreliable Firefox required installing mozilla


Expected Results:

several crashes with nightles sent w/talkback
