Any page created with MS Publisher 2003 display quite poorly, try it with IE and
it works.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just go to www.uevn.org

Actual Results:  
Pages comes up but it is all displayed in the incorect locations.

Expected Results:  
Use IE to browse and you will see what I mean.
MS Tools (Word, Frontapge..)are known to generate invalid and propertiery IE
only HTML and it's no surprise that IE displays this broken HTML in a way that
looks correct.

Resolution: --- → INVALID
I disagree witht he "resolution" as it is just an excuse to bash MS. 
The fact is FF is broken and needs to be fixed to correctly render these very common types of sites. If you want to spread FF beyond the 15%, you need it to render ALL sites.
As far as W3C validation - yeah ok, whatever.. welcome to the real world....
