MS Tools (Word, Frontapge..)are known to generate invalid and propertiery IE only HTML and it's no surprise that IE displays this broken HTML in a way that looks correct. Your page has 1058 Errors in the W3C HTML Validator : http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.uevn.org marking invalid

I disagree witht he "resolution" as it is just an excuse to bash MS. The fact is FF is broken and needs to be fixed to correctly render these very common types of sites. If you want to spread FF beyond the 15%, you need it to render ALL sites. As far as W3C validation - yeah ok, whatever.. welcome to the real world....
