If you install SwitchProxy globaly you are able to use Switch proxy
from the account you installed it. All other accounts will be able
to find the extension going to "Tools -> Extensions ...". Even
configuring is possible. But: no SwitchProxy Toolbar, no context
menu, no menu entry in "Tools". The status line doesn't show
anything either. Pasting prefs into "prefs.js" isn't helpfull.

The same for one who installs SwitchProxy using an old profile, then
switching to a new one: no Toolbar, no entry in "Tools", no context
menu, no status. Adding prefs to "prefs.js" in this new profile
doesn't change anything.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Firefox
2. Install SwitchProxy "firefox -install-global-extension switchproxy.xpi"
3. Start Firefox with default profile - SwitchProxy extension OK and Working
4. Wipe out your profile ("rm -rf ~/.mozilla/firefox" or "rd /s
$USERPROFILE/Application Data/Mozilla/Firefox"
5. Start Firefox creating a new profile - No SwitchProxy Toolbar, Menue, ...
Actual Results:
SwitchProxy isn't accessible any more, except rom the "Installed Extensions"
dialog. No SwitchProxy toolbar, no status, no "Extras" menue entry. You may
configure SwitchProxy, but it is not possible to switch to the newly configured
proxy.

Expected Results:
The extension should have installed in a way it is accessible with any newly
created profile.

The same problem exists with "Mozilla Suite"
Reporter, you should report this to the author of that extension, not here.
