In pages with forms - INSERT key does not go in overwrite (or insert mode) mode.
It always work as in insert mode!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Cursor in form 
2.Insert key to replace text in form


Actual Results:  
Still in Insert mode

Expected Results:  
Overwrite mode
